Unfortunately with more and more groomers opening up without the necessary dog handling experience it is getting more common for dogs to be “ungroomable”.

We so often see dogs that have been labelled as problem dogs by other groomers because they were out of their depth.

We have experience with anxious and reactive dogs and have yet had a dog that’s been too much for us to handle.

We offer packages for puppies to make sure they get used to the grooming experience and so they don’t end up as fearful adults. It is so important that puppies have at least 2 puppy introductions grooms before a full groom and these are best starting at 14-16 weeks.

If you do have a particularly anxious or nervous dog we recommend brining it more regularly to begin with so it can build a positive relationship with us and the grooming process.
